The Pause Cause is devoted to making meditation easily accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstance. In order for our community to reach the widest possible audience, we keep our online programs 100% free. However, like all organizations, we do have expenses that we need to cover. If you believe in our mission or have benefited from our services, please consider making a donation to support our work.  We are a volunteer run community and nobody in our organization takes a salary. All proceeds go to expanding our programs and keeping our community going. The Pause Cause is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all donations are fully tax-deductible.
